     The purpose  of the  Leechburg  First  United  Methodist  Church   is to  accept and provide the ministry of Jesus Christ by  following   the scriptures, through  worship, instruction, caring, and witness, so that we and the persons to whom wE minister are prepared for eternal life.

Pastor Dr. Ron Raptosh has  been  pastor of  First  United Methodist Church  since 1995  and  has brought a multi-faceted approach to the ministry. Ron believes in using the scriptures as a basis for his messages with a strong emphasis on prayer and devotion. By having us pray for those  to our left, to our right, in front of us and for those behind us we have learned how to show concern for everyone.
